The 2010 Lamb crop is due to start hitting the ground early to mid-January. We will be lambing out approximately 7 Southdown Ewes, 11 Suffolk Ewes, and 20 Border Leicester Ewes. We will have show/breeding stock prospects and market lambs. Please contact us early for best selection. Due to our flock size we will also be offering a few brood ewes for sale after weaning. The Border Leicester lambs will be sired either by Spring Breeze 0707 or Weik OMF 3011. Southdown lambs will be sired by Hindle 90, and the Suffolk lambs will be sired by 'Black Tye Affair', 'Hit n'Git', and 'Loco'. We will also have a few crossbred lambs sired by 'Hit n 'Git' available. We will also have a limited number of freezer lambs available. These will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Contact me for more information on freezer lambs or to reserve a lamb. Freezer lambs must be reserved by the end of April. They will be sold by the pound as feeder lambs or I will feed them out and haul them to the butcher of your choice (within reasonable distance) for additional costs due to feed and care. You will also be responsible for the cost of the butcher.
